Our Story
Built around one celebrated ingredient: moo deng.
The shop is best known for freshly prepared fluffy pork with a firm, springy bite. Customers select their noodles, soup style and toppings, then season each bowl to taste at the table.
Located near the foot of Wan Chat Bridge, opposite Wat Tri Thotsathep, it is a compact local shop that is busiest around breakfast and lunchtime.
